Here are three ways I can help you outside of buying or selling a home.
I love helping people buy and sell homes, but I can help you in more ways than that. Here are three other ways I can help with your house:
1. Connecting you with contractors. Whether you need an electrician, a plumber, or a foundation expert, I can help you find the right person for the job. I know these companies and have worked with them plenty over the years, and I can point you in the right direction. Feel free to reach out anytime. If you know of a good contractor and would like to recommend them to us, don’t hesitate to reach out with that info either and we’ll add them to our list.
2. Helping repair damage to your home. If you have a roof or plumbing leak, I used to be an insurance adjuster, so I can come out, take a look, and share my knowledge about the situation. If you think you might need an insurance claim, contact your insurance agent, then contact me. I can put you in touch with the right people and give you peace of mind. I’ve been there myself and I like being able to help.
“I can help you protest your property taxes, too.”
3. Giving a home valuation. Whether you’re thinking about selling or just refinancing, I’m happy to help find comps and give you a pretty accurate home value estimate that you can give to your appraiser or lender. Around tax time, I can help you protest your property taxes if you feel they’re too high.
If you have any of these needs or real estate-related questions, don’t hesitate to reach out via phone or email. I look forward to hearing from you and being your go-to real estate resource.
